About ANAA

The Anthroposophical Nurses Association of America (ANAA) educates nurses seeking to understand and care for human beings in the light of Anthroposophy. ANAA is associated with the Verband anthroposophisch orientierter Pflegeberufe e.V. in Germany and collaborates with other anthroposophical nursing, medical and therapy associations all over the world.

The ANAA Mission

Foster anthroposophical nursing practice and research based on the indications given by Rudolf Steiner and Ita Wegman, MD.
Improve the quality of caregiving through the development and education of anthroposophical nurses.
Collaborate with anthroposophical nursing groups around the world, the Artemisia Association for the Anthroposophical Renewal of Healing and member organizations, professional associations, individuals and groups supporting the ANAA mission.
